These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Beautiful Clouds application ("App"), a WebGL-based volumetric cloud animation widget for Wix websites. By installing, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Description of the App

​

Beautiful Clouds is a premium widget that adds a real-time, GPU-rendered volumetric cloud animation to your Wix website's hero banner section. The App uses WebGL 2 technology to render clouds directly in the visitor's web browser.

2. Pricing & Payment

​

  • The App requires a paid subscription to use. Pricing details and available plans are listed on the App's page in the Wix App Market.

  • All payments are processed through the Wix App Market billing system. The developer does not directly collect or handle payment information.

  • Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

  • Prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes before your next billing cycle.

 

3. Free Trial

​

  • A free trial period may be offered at the developer's discretion. Trial availability and duration are listed on the App Market page.

  • At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial expires.

  • The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

 

4. Refunds & Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Wix Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the App until the end of your current billing period.

  • Refund requests are handled in accordance with the Wix App Market refund policy.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

 

5. License & Usage

​

  • Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Wix site(s) for the duration of your active subscription.

  • You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or its source code for commercial purposes.

  • You may customize the App's settings (speed, scale, glow, quality) through the provided Wix Editor panel.

  • Your license to use the App terminates immediately if your subscription expires or is cancelled.

 

6. System Requirements

The App requires the following to function properly:

​

  • A modern web browser with WebGL 2 support (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari 15+).

  • A device with a GPU capable of real-time shader rendering.

  • JavaScript must be enabled in the visitor's browser.

​

The App may not render or may perform poorly on older devices, low-powered hardware, or browsers that do not support WebGL 2. The developer is not responsible for compatibility issues on unsupported platforms.

 

7. Performance & Liability

​

  • The App performs GPU-intensive rendering. While built-in optimizations (tab visibility detection, viewport intersection pausing, debounced resizing) minimize resource usage, the animation may affect page performance on lower-end devices.

  • The developer is not liable for any impact on your website's loading speed, performance metrics, or visitor experience resulting from the use of the App.

  • The App includes multiple quality presets (Low, Medium, High) to help you balance visual quality with performance for your audience.

 

8. Data & Privacy

  • The App does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data from you or your website visitors.

  • The App does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party services.

  • All rendering occurs entirely client-side in the visitor's browser. No data is sent to external servers.

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

​

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices and browsers.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

​

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

11. Modifications

​

  • The developer reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

  • These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

12. Uninstallation

​

You may uninstall the App at any time from your Wix Dashboard. Upon uninstallation, the cloud animation widget will be removed from your site and all App data will be deleted. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your subscription — please cancel your subscription separately from your Wix Dashboard to avoid further charges.
